The firm came to be following the change from Buhas Marcel-Licensed Insolvency Practitioner into GEFIN INSOLV IPURL.
GEFIN INSOLV IPURL is a professional firm engaged in insolvency proceedings(reorganization/ liquidation), administrative liquidation, company’s safeguarding (voluntary agreement/ ad-hoc mandate) , being a member of the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania, organized as professional limited liability company under the provisions of GEO 86/2006 regarding the organization of insolvency practitioners approved by Law 254/2007.
The sole shareholder and coordinator of the firm is Mr. Marcel BUHAS, law graduate specialized in commercial law, UNPIR member. Being the firm founder he has a 10 year experience in insolvency proceedings and administrative liquidation. Since 1999 he served as a legal counselor (case manager) within a company specialized in insolvency proceedings / administrative liquidation, and a UNPIR member ever since 2005.
In October 2007, Marcel Buhas under Marcel Buhas- Licensed Insolvency Practitioner obtained authorization by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration under the Order no. 1365 which complements the Ordinance issued by the President of the National Agency for Fiscal Administration no. 1022 issued on 5 December 2006 approving the list of insolvency practitioners authorized by the National Agency for Fiscal Administration.
Mr. Marcel Buhaş, the company founder is a mediator, member of the Mediation Council.
